Why are my Tim Hortons offers not working?
If your Tim Hortonsยฎ app is not working, you may be using an outdated version that is no longer supported. Please download the latest version by going to your app store and accepting the latest update. If issues persist, please email appsupport@timhortons.com. My Tim's opening screen simply spins.

- Link your Physical Card, if you have one. Link a Card.
- Choose your Reward Level to spend or bank your Points. Choose Reward Level.
