Why when I set my wallpaper is blurry?
Check the Device Settings
Android phones have options for both blurry and clear images as wallpapers. Therefore, the first thing you should check is the wallpaper settings to make sure it's set on clear. To do this, go to the phone's settings and find “display.” Click on “wallpaper” and choose “clear image.”
Right-click on the desktop and select "Personalize" from the context menu, and then choose "Desktop Background." Change the "picture position" setting to "Center," and then click "Save changes" to display the wallpaper without stretching it.
Set your desktop background to "Center" instead of "Stretch." Right-click the desktop, select "Personalize" and then click "Desktop Background." Select "Center" from the "Picture Position" drop-down. If your image is too small to fill your desktop and it is set to "Fill," Windows will stretch the image, causing blur.
Right-click the desktop and select Display settings. Scroll down and click Advanced display settings. Under Resolution, you'll see your current screen resolution. You should choose whichever one is marked Recommended, but feel free to change it to any of the other resolutions if you prefer.
The screen may be blurred for several reasons. For example, you may have dropped the device in a pool of water or dropped it on the ground. If your phone has a hardware issue which is not resolvable by resetting your phone, you will need to take the device for physical repairs.

Windows 11: Image is blurred
One of the most common causes is an incorrect resolution which often leads to a blurred image, especially when using multiple monitors. An incorrect DPI setting can also cause the monitor to become blurry on Windows 11.
Open the Settings app and head to Settings > Personalization, or right-click an empty space on the Desktop, then click on “Personalise.” Select “Colors” at the left side of the Settings window, scroll down until you see the option labeled “Transparency Effects,” then set it to “Off.”
Why isn't my wallpaper quality?
This can happen if the picture file does not match the size of your screen. For example, many home computer monitors are set at a size of 1280x1024 pixels (the number of dots that make up the image). If you use a picture file smaller than this, it will be blurry when it is stretched out to fit the screen.
