These women both look great, but one is a bad cook who's shallow. Apparently.
Maybe as a lifelong non-blond I should be flattered by this recent survey that men prefer brunettes to blonds when it comes to love and marriage, but their reasoning is so suspect I can't help but laugh.
According to a survey of 1,000 men, 54 percent would prefer a brunette as their wife, 16 percent prefer a blond, and 30 percent have no preference. Apparently, redheads were left out of this survey, but don't fret you fiery-maned ladies—it's probably best to be left out of this nonsense.
Here are the reasons men think brunettes make superior wives:
- They're "deeper."
- They're more sensible.
- They take better care of their appearance.
- They're good cooks.
- They're better at housework.
- They're more experimental in bed.
OKKKKK, dudes. If you honestly believe a woman's hair color has some kind of effect on her cleaning abilities, then A) you have never seen my kitchen floor, and B) why exactly do you need a "deeper" partner? Because, frankly, you kind of sound like an idiot to me. Also, do your own stupid housework. I have to go dye my hair now.
So silly, right? Brunettes, do you think you actually are superior to most blonds in these categories? Blonds, do you call BS? Redheads, I'm sorry they left you out, but I love you the most!
