Ann Taylor return policy
Timing: 30 days to get a refund
You must return items you bought in-store or online within 30 days of your purchase date to qualify for a refund. Outside of that window and you can only get merchandise credit or an exchange.
Ann Taylor does have an extended returns window for the holidays. Purchases made November 1, 2022 to December 24, 2022 can be returned through January 31, 2023.
Products eligible for return at Ann Taylor
Only items that are unworn and unwashed are eligible for return or exchange.
You can’t return or exchange final sale items at any time, even if you have the receipt. To identify final sale items, look for “Final Sale” in the description on your receipt, or a price ending in 77 or 88 cents.
Return shipping fee: $7.95
If you use Ann Taylor’s return label, return shipping will cost you $7.95. This amount is deducted from your refund.
You can alternatively ship the product back and pay for your own shipping. If you do that, make sure you process your return online first and get a return invoice. Otherwise, your return will be delayed.

When you have the receipt
If you haven’t worn or washed your Ann Taylor merchandise, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase price. After 30 days, you can return the unused item for a credit or exchange only.
When you don’t have the receipt
If you’ve lost your receipt, you can still return the unused item in exchange for store credit. Your credit will be based on the item’s selling price on the date of the return.
The exception here is on items marked as Final Sale on the date you try to return them. In this case, you cannot return the item at all.
