The Hills star Brody Jenner revealed that his father, Caitlyn Jenner, didn't pay child support when he was growing up. The relationship between the two has seemed strained for a while. Caitlyn was an Olympic decathlete in the 70s but is known by the younger generation for marrying Kris Jenner and starring in Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Since becoming a part of the Kardashians, there have been rumors that Caitlyn prioritized the famous family and her children, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, over her four other children. Brody's The Hills costar Spencer Pratt claims Caitlyn never even called Brody on his birthdays.
The Hills star addressed rumors that the Kardashian family gave him money and claimed his father never paid child support. In a TikTok video with djvice, Brody shared, "People think that freaking Caitlyn Jenner gives me money. I don't think [she] has ever given me a penny in my entire life," The star explained that he grew up with his mom Linda Thompson and his stepfather David Foster, who was more of a father to him than Caitlyn was. The star added that Caitlyn, "didn't even pay child support." He also cleared up any rumors that his former stepmother Kris and her family ever gave him any money. "I've gotten 0 dollars from the Kardashians," Brody said.

Brody & Caitlyn Jenner Have Always Had A Strained Relationship
Spencer, who grew up with Brody and created the short-lived reality tv series about his life, Princes of Malibu, has spoken out in the past about how awful Caitlyn was as a father to Brody. It was also clear in the series that David had more of a father role in Brody's life. It's unclear where Brody currently stands with the Kardashians and his sisters, Kendall and Kylie. The star appeared in earlier seasons of KUWTK, but Spencer recently claimed he and Kim Kardashian had a falling out over drama with her 2014 wedding. Brody alleged Spencer had the info wrong, but he has not been seen with Kim in years. Brody recently made a brief appearance on The Kardashians at an event in Vegas for Kendall's 818 Tequila brand.
From what's been said throughout the years, it doesn't seem like Caitlyn was such a great father to her children. It could have been due to her struggling with her gender identity for so many years, but now that she's free to be herself, there should no longer be an issue. This doesn't seem to be the case, as Brody doesn't have a great relationship with his dad and allegedly barely speaks to her. While Caitlyn was initially caught up in the KarJenner lifestyle, she's broken free since transitioning. She remains in contact with Kendall and Kylie but does not talk to her former stepdaughters.
None of Caitlyn's children speak too openly about their relationship with her growing up, but from Brody and Spencer's claims, she definitely wasn't the number one dad. She might not be able to make it up to Brody, but hopefully, she's spent time bettering herself, so she can show up for the children who do talk to her. Luckily, The Hills star has his mother and former stepfather to make up for what Caitlyn didn't do for him.
