- You can make an online purchase at Zara as a registered user or as a guest. For the latter option, we will ask you for information necessary to complete your order.
- You must add the items to the bag, choose where you want to receive them, and complete the payment. We give you the option of saving your payment information so you can make future purchases more quickly.
- The shipping and billing address of your order need to be in the same market/region.
- Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all of the order information.
- You can track your order from your account. If you made your purchase as a guest,you can request a return by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.

If you have not receive your order confirmation email, it could be for one of these reasons:
- The email arrived in your spam account.
- Your email address is invalid. In this case you can contact us so we can resolve it.
- An incident occurred and the payment was not completed correctly. We will send you an email with a link so you can do it again.
- From your computer: after deleting cookies, visit our website where you will see the option to select a market/region.
- With the iOS APP: locate the Zara APP in your phone settings and select the option to reset your region. Once you open the APP again, you will be able to choose the market/region you want.
- With the Android APP: select your preferred market/region from within the Zara app Settings option.
