You should activate Store Mode in the app. You will be able to access new experiences and services to be able to enjoy the most out of Zara.
You can activate it by going to a Zara store or whenever you like from your user profile.

From Store Mode you can select the store you want to browse and make a purchase using the catalog of items available in that store.
You can place your order and pick it up in less than two hours in the same store you selected.

Find items in-store.
With the item locator functionality, you can view on the store map where the item you are interested in is displayed. Just drag them to the card and continue pressing on them. Also, if the app detects that one of the items you have in your cart is found in-store, you can look for its location.

Reserve a fitting room.
You don’t need to wait in line any longer for a fitting room, we will notify you when one is free!
From Store Mode you can reserve a space in the fitting room directly through the app. You simply need to select the fitting room area where you want to make the reservation. The app will assign you a turn and will let you know the estimated wait time. When a fitting room becomes available, you will receive a notification and you will have five minutes to go to the fitting room area.
Keep in mind that this experience is only available in those store that offer this service and you can only reserve the fitting room from inside the store.
