I really enjoy using this platform. It's a great way to see what's on the market all over the world, especially for those of us in locations that don't really make the watch world radar. I have purchased multiple watches from the US, UK, Japan, and Austria that would take a far more laborious search otherwise. I feel I'm in good hands here and will continue to use Chrono24 as my go-to watch site. As always, one should perform their own due diligence and this outfit makes it much easier.

I purchased an expensive watch that I felt safe purchasing due to the way Chrono24 has an escrow account in place,making the monies safe until proof of authenticity. Also I spoke with them about the seller and they assured me that they have proved to be very trustworthy. The watch is beautiful and exactly as described. This is the second time I have purchased a watch through Chrono24 and definitely will do so again.

Their search function works really well, they provide a lot of information about the timepieces offered (usually including several pictures), and it's a secure way to purchase authentic timepieces. I've purchased two watches so far, both transactions were a great experience. Will definitely be buying more on Chrono24!

The 14-day escrow with a return guarantee from Chrono24 makes it easier for the buyer and genuine sellers to get a fair transaction completed. That said, 6% fee is a bit steep and needs to be capped at a certain dollar amount.

There are so many watches. I especially enjoy the ability to paste the reference number and compare the pricing for both new and used timepieces. I don't particularly understand the watches for sale with the 'need to procure' tag. That makes think it's a bit sketchy on the price/money exchange. Can you explain this mechanism and its risks or benefits?

The procedure for purchasing a watch on Chrono24 is very good, however the "verification of funds" is very slow. I feel that purchasing a watch on Chrono24 is usually safe and recommended by me. But trying to speak with someone at Chrono24 can be (although not always) slow - especially on weekends.

I had a great experience buying my GMT. It was as described and meet's with my satisfaction.

The fact that chrono24 escrows money is a huge plus. Also they are unlike eBay where they seem to be impartial--fostering trust on both sides of the deal (buyer and seller alike, eBay tends to always side with the buyer).
I just feel that chrono24 is a better marketplace for these high-end luxury watches and I have bought two watches via chrono24 and both transactions were successful.

I was new to the site and watch-buying. I was on the hunt for a wedding gift for my husband, and the site had so many options! Everything is easy with Chrono24. Only complaint is that they charge local US sales tax for international transactions that are VAT exempt, which is not legally required. Otherwise, they're great.
