Daniel is a supporting character in The Secret Life of the American Teenager, introduced in Season 4. He is portrayed by Sinqua Walls.
History[]
Daniel first met Grace, who was going out with Grant at the time, during their volunteering missions in Africa and while they were out there, they slept together. Even though he was already a college student, Grace breaks up with Grant so she and Daniel could be together and despite Kathleen's initial disapproval, the two start dating.
Daniel attends the senior graduation party with Grace, a party that his ex-girlfriend Raven is also attending. After noticing Raven, he goes over to talk to her but when he goes back to Grace, he is reluctant to reveal what was said. When an annoyed Omar has had enough of the party, Daniel goes back home with him, leaving Grace with Jack. The following morning, Daniel receives an email from Raven which consists of a picture of Grace and Jack kissing at the party. Daniel admits that he doesn't feel that Grace could be entirely faithful and so breaks up with Grace, leaving her totally and completely devastated.
Daniel makes his final appearance in 4SnP, where he and Grace are kissing, Daniel says that he has to be in an exclusive relationship with Grace, after she suggests that they have sex. Grace refuses and tells Daniel to go home. Later, Omar asks Daniel to hang out. Daniel asksOmar about his and Adrian's agreement about being faithful to each other. Daniel tells Omar that Adrian told Ben, and Ben told Dylan, and Dylan told Raven, and Raven told Daniel that Adrian and Grace kissed.What happens to him after that is unknown.
