Hi,
I recently entered wrong information about my climbing workout, and it turned out to be 26hr instead of 2hr.
I deleted all time points on Health app, and the standing hours and exercise times are normal now. But I still see climbing activity in the activity app in my watch. I cannot see it on the activity app on my iPhone.
Is there some way I can delete that entry on my watch?

Hi
To delete the workout:
- On your iPhone, in the Activity app, go to: Workouts > swipe left on a workout to delete it.
- Or on your iPhone, in the Health app, go to: Health Data > Activity > Workouts > Show All Data > swipe left on a workout.

Hi Jonathan,
Maybe you have a solution for this. I deleted all the data from a specified day in the health app, after that I can see that in the activity app the movement chart is deleted too, but the numbers not match. So the movement number is 1120 or whatever, but below that the green chart is clear.
It will be ever restored?
Plus, I got a badge for that day, and the badge is still there with the wrong number. Obviously I'll never score a better result a day than 1120 minutes. 😀 So if the result refresh and shows 0 minutes for that day, the badge will restore too?
Thanks,
Tamas

Did you get this solved? I have the exact same problem now! I added a manual workout just for testing, and I have deleted all traces of it on the activity app and health app on the iphone, but it is still showing on my apple watch and on the movement ring.

This seems to be working now (I’m using a Apple Watch Series 3). After having to restore my iPhone yesterday, I noticed that the activity app had over 450 minutes of exercise listed. I went into the Health app and deleted all the incorrect data. It took a few hours, but the Activity app eventually synced to match the Health data. I guess I’ll have to see if my Exercise Record Achievement gets revoked. 😁

Hi,
Was the achievement revoked? Did the rings resize for the proper amounts of calories and minutes?
I have the same problem, deleted all data from health app, but though the workout disappeared from the activity app, the totals are still way too high as if the workout was still there. The achievement is also still there.

I already deleted the workout in health, and it is no longer in workouts in the activity app on my phone. But somehow it still shows up in my watch. I tried to restart, but it is not working.
