But their sizing decisions sometimes make me roll my eyes. Therefore, I decided to write this article in order to explain to MOC readers what the sizing system at Boohoo is, and how they can find their true size.
Boohoo products can vary drastically across sizes. While most of their clothing tends to fit tight, their men’s collection is true to size.
To be honest, Boohoo’s sizing is pretty ridiculous.
My girlfriend ordered three jeans of the same size but they all ended up fitting her differently (despite the product dimensions being the same). Therefore it is very important to pay close attention to the sizing guide on their website because each product is slightly different.
The lack of quality control is sometimes quite irritating, but there is no doubt in the fact that Boohoo is perhaps the only retailer that can provide designer-level clothing at fast fashion rates.
Sometimes the Boohoo website shows discounts on products only after going through the clearance section and not if you directly go to the product page. Thus, make sure that you always check for your product in the sale section on the Boohoo website.
And given the fact that their clothes have a tendency to shrink after a few washes, it becomes necessary to size up if you want any sort of longevity in your clothing. And even if you are in-between sizes, I would recommend that you go one size up.

What size to buy?
When it comes to sizing at Boohoo, it’s important to keep in mind that sizing can vary between different styles and cuts of clothing. However, in general, Boohoo offers clothing in UK sizes 4 to 20, which roughly correspond to US sizes 0 to 16.

Boohoo shoes run about half a size small. Therefore, if you are in-between sizes, you can size up but it’s not really necessary.
Boohoo is known for its trendy footwear collection and especially its boots, which are just drop-dead gorgeous.

The tops at boohoo – the t-shirts, shirts, hoodies, crop tops, and practically everything else run about one size small.
I have ordered various different topwear items off of Boohoo, and all of them have been a bit small in my actual size.
Just by going up one size, you are going to end up with a perfect top that is neither too small nor too big.
Boohoo makes plus-size clothing that goes up to a size 26 in jeans and a size 3XL in tops.

There are of course easy returns if something doesn’t fit you, so there is no need to worry about that aspect of the experience.
