Once all details are correct, submit the form.

13. What is the difference between ‘View’ and ‘Download’?

The ‘View’ option enables you to access your digital resources online. The ‘Download’ option enables you to download your digital resources to your device and to access both online and offline.

We recommend using the download option in case you experience issues with your internet connection. The view/download options will be available depending on the type of content you are trying to access.

If you have access to any resource packs/resource centres, you may have other options like ‘Play’. This option will allow you to play audio and/or video content. Audio or video can be downloaded if the ‘Download’ option is available. Other content like pdfs, word documents, Excel documents, images, PowerPoint documents, and zip files can be downloaded or opened immediately (this will depend on your browser).

14. How do I uninstall my app?

Please follow the instructions below to uninstall our apps on the different operating systems:

Windows:

  1. Open Apps & Features inside the Settings menu.
  2. Search for the app you would like to remove.
  3. Click on the app and choose ‘Uninstall’.
  4. You may need admin rights on your account to complete this.
  5. Once completed, the app will no longer be found on your device.

macOS:

  1. Go to the Finder on your Mac.
  2. Navigate to /Applications folder and select the app you want to uninstall.
  3. Either drag the application icon to the Trash, or right-click and select “Move to Trash”.
  4. Right-click on the Trash can and select “Empty Trash”.

Note: Some applications include their own uninstaller apps to remove all traces of an application. In this case, you can either manually delete all the accompanying apps, or just run the uninstaller application that comes on the original installation method, whether it’s from the web or a DVD. If the app you wish to uninstall does include a dedicated uninstaller application, it is generally a good idea to go that official route of removing the app so that the other associated items are removed from the Mac as well.

iOS:

  1. Start the Settings app.
  2. Tap “General,“ and then tap “iPhone Storage.“
  3. Scroll down to see the list of apps installed on your iPhone/iPad, arranged in order from largest to smallest.
  4. Tap an app you want to uninstall.
  5. Tap “Delete app,“ and then confirm you want to delete the app by again tapping “Delete app“ on the confirmation window that appears.

Android:

  1. Select the Settings app from your app drawer or home screen.
  2. Tap Apps & Notifications, then hit See all apps.
  3. Scroll down the list until you find the app you want to remove and tap it.
  4. Select Uninstall.

If you come across an app that cannot be removed, then simply follow the same instructions as above, just substituting Disable for Uninstall in the final step.
