To reschedule or cancel the pickup of a large item return:
- Visit Costco.com and select Orders & Returns
- Select the order that contains the item being returned.
- Select View Return/Refund Status.
- Select to either Reschedule Return Pickup or Cancel Return accordingly.*
*A pickup cannot be rescheduled if you are within 72 hours of the originally selected date, as your pickup has already been placed on a truck.
If Reschedule Return Pickup was selected, follow these steps to complete the process:
- Select New Delivery Date.
- When the calendar appears, select a day for pickup. Please keep in mind that only the dates in white can be chosen. Any grayed out dates are not available for the reschedule.
- If successful, you will receive a confirmation message. If not, a red box will display instructing you to Contact Us for assistance.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email of the change/cancellation.
