Launch the Wendy’s App. You’ll receive a prompt concerning if you want notifications for new deals and coupons. You can decide based on your personal preference.
On the lower tab area you can find Offers
When you tap on Offers, you’ll be prompted to sign in. You can sign in with an existing Wendy’s account if you have one, or create a new account.
Type your name in the boxes and choose if you want to receive emails based on new offers.
Enter your zip code and birthday. These are important because offers might be date or area specific. You can also choose to skip.
Once you do so, you can now access the Rewards tab on the bottom of the screen. Check in here to either redeem rewards with the points you’ve acquired via online or in-store purchases, or scan codes on physical Wendy’s items you’ve bought to get points.
To find offers and coupons, tap Visit Rewards Store
You can now see what you can buy with your rewards points. From here, you can click on Offers to browse what coupons are available at that time.
If you need help at any time, you can scroll down to where “Need help with Rewards? Learn More” is displayed on the original Rewards page.
How to access and use your Wendy’s rewards account on the website
Visit the Wendy's website. Where it advertises the rewards program, click Join Now.
Click your preferred method of sign up, or log-in.
Once you sign in, you will be on the “profile” tab of your account. Navigate between the “profile”, “payment”, and “history” tabs to control your account. You have now accessed your Wendy’s rewards account.
Under the “Offers” menu, scroll through exclusive deals on the Wendy's Mobile App! To claim an offer, select the deal and choose “Use in Mobile Order” if you're ordering in the app for pickup or delivery. Select “Use in Restaurant” if you plan to order in-restaurant or through the drive-thru.
Can I use more than one coupon/offer on the same order? Coupons may not be combined with other offers. Coupons are not available via email. Offers are available on our website to use with a mobile order, and in our mobile app.
Limit one Reward redemption per transaction. A Reward for the value of free menu item can be redeemed with no additional purchase required. Some offers may not be exercised in combination with redeeming Rewards.
You can only redeem one Wendy's coupon code on each order. You cannot apply more than one coupon code. However, you can stack one coupon code with a Reward offer from the Wendy's Rewards loyalty program.
Then add your reward to your mobile order or load it to your Rewards Card and scan the QR code at the counter or pickup window. Can I use multiple Rewards in one order? Not exactly. You can use one reward and one offer per order.
From time to time, Wendy's may make offers available to you on the App that are not earned by redeeming points. The expiration date and time on these offers may vary from the 30-day period for Rewards earned by redeeming points. The expiration date for each offer is available when reviewing it in the App.
You score 10 points for every $1 you spend, making it easy AND delicious to start earning points towards your favorite menu items. Points can be earned by either placing an order for pickup or delivery with the Wendy's app or website, or by scanning the QR code in your Wendy's app at the counter.
Just plug in your ZIP code to see all the Wendy's near you, pick the one you want, and order breakfast, lunch or dinner straight from the app. When you arrive we'll get started, and you'll have hot food in no time (unless it's a salad or a Frosty®. Those are cold on purpose).

How do you get a Wendy's Frosty coupon book? You can purchase Wendy's Boo! Books every year in September and October. They are available for purchase in-restaurant, in drive-thru, through self-order kiosks, and in the Wendy's app or online.
You can redeem an offer by adding it to your mobile order, or by loading it to your QR Code and scanning the code at the counter or pickup window. You'll earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on food when you place an order in the Wendy's app, Wendy's online or scan your QR code at the counter or pickup window.
