This wallet balance can be used for purchases in the future or can be withdrawn at any time. You need to withdraw money from your Shein wallet and transfer it to your bank account before uninstalling the Shein application. Step 1: Open Shein application on your device.
Step 2: Now, go to your profile by clicking the ‘me icon’.
Step 3: Then, click on the ‘wallet icon’.
Step 4: You have to select the ‘withdraw deposit’ button.
Step 5: After clicking, enter the amount that you would like to withdraw from Shein wallet.
Step 6: Press, ‘submit’ to validate.
The funds will return to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was taken.
Note:
- It generally takes 48 hours for the withdrawal amount to be visible on your PayPal account, or 7-14 business days to a credit card.
- The amount would return to the original account that you used, whether it is a PayPal account or the account linked to your credit card.
- The deposit cannot be withdrawn to another card. The funds will return to the PayPal account or credit card from which the payment was taken originally.
- Please make sure that the amount entered does not exceed the amount of the deposit.
- If you have checked out with the wallet balance and have placed without making payment, the balance applied will stay with the unpaid order.
Important:
- If you want to restore the balance, you can cancel the order by clicking the ‘cancel’ button in ‘my orders’.
