How do I figure out when my mail will be delivered? ›

Informed Delivery notifications are delivered via Daily Digest email, on your online Informed Delivery dashboard, and on the USPS Mobile® application.

Does Informed Delivery show every package? ›

USPS informed delivery subscribers receive emails with a low-resolution, gray-scale digital image of only up to 10 pieces of mail a day. USPS informed delivery doesn't show customers all of their mail.

How far back does Informed Delivery go? ›

The Informed Delivery® dashboard displays mail images for a seven-day period, and package information displays for 15 days after each package has been delivered.

Can I track Informed Delivery? ›

If you are concerned because a piece of mail was scanned but not delivered, do not panic. Instead, wait one business day and see what happens. If the USPS has not delivered the mail piece after two business days, contact the post office and inform them that something has been lost or stolen.
