Hi Mac'Talkers,
Long time no see!
We are back with useful updates on the latest version of KakaoTalk for Mac.
◼︎ Updated Profile
Now you can view cover photos, animated profile photos, and the birthday hats on Mac's KakaoTalk profile!
You will also notice the red dots on your friends' profile which means they have updated their profile.
If you happen to see a red dot, but don't see any sign of an update, your friend may have added a new activity or posted something new on Home. You will be able to check such updates only on the mobile app for now.
We're still working on improving the profile, so please bear with us!
◼︎ Download Multiple Photos at Once
Saving photos is easier than ever.
Now you can select multiple photos from the chatroom album and save them all at once with a single click.
Just click on the Select button and select the ones you wish to save and click Download.
It's as simple as that.

- Share a web link in a chatroom and you'll be able to see the preview of the web page.
- Check out the newly designed # Search results.
- Now you can view the messages related to the posts on Boards.
