- Lie at every given opportunity, including for side quests and all major story decisions.
- Choose to give Sophia peace after defeating Laxasia the Complete.
- After defeating Simon Manus Awakened God, choose not to give the heart to Geppetto in the room after the Under the Abyss Stargazer.
Making sure that no truth is spoken and going against the wishes of the creator will trigger an additional boss fight. Players will have to count on all their skills and wits to win out against the dangerous Nameless Puppet. After defeating the enemy, watch the cutscene that sees the return of Sophia, and the Rise of P ending will be obtained.
