I'll let our other readers chime in with any disagreement in the comments, but I am firmly on Team Yes! when it comes to whether or not you should tell him. I don't know that he will reciprocate your feelings to the extent you want, but it at least seems like he's got some affection for you that goes beyond a simple FWB arrangement. And what's more, if you're in love with him, it's probably not very healthy for you to have a casual relationship with him anyway. So, what do you have to lose?
Of course, there are some concerns, namely that you need to be ready to learn that he might not feel the same way. Aside from the fact that this might hurt your feelings, it will likely end your physical relationship and possibly make your friendship/work environment kind of uncomfortable for a while. (And P.S.: I'm assuming there isn't a professional issue with having this relationship. Keep your job, lady!) You need to be prepared for that, especially if he doesn't end up taking off for business school. But frankly, I think it's worth it because as noted, you're in love with him! If he doesn't feel the same way about you, it's eventually going to end anyway, so you might as well not waste any more time, wondering and getting more attached.
I say go for it! It might not work out the way you want it to, but at least this way you won't watch him move away while wondering if you should have spoken up and if it would have made a difference to him. I doubt you'll regret being bold and following your heart, no matter how he responds.
