In 2021, Longchamp broke new ground with a new recycled version of its iconic Le Pliage Original design.
Available in many colors, the body of the bag is made from recycled polyamide, commonly known as nylon. The recycled polyamide that makes up the canvas for the Le Pliage Green comes from diverse sources, including fishing nets, rugs, carpets, and industrial waste.
It offers a second and more noble life to the materials used (GRS 4.0 Certification).
Le Pliage Original & Le Pliage Green are now made only of canvas produced by recycling.
