To back up that claim, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our metal quartz and automatic timepieces, and a 3-year limited warranty on our TR90 resin and ocean plastic timepieces.

What is Shinola's return policy? ›
We accept returns by mail or in store for items purchased from Shinola within 30 days of the purchase date excluding *these items. Domestic orders $95 and over qualify for a prepaid return label, excluding bicycles. Items must be returned with original packaging and in new/unused condition.
