Everyone writes a few things down, which go into The Hat. They can be anything frompeople to places to abstract concepts. Teams then take turns trying to describethings randomly selected from The Hat, earning points when teammates correctlyidentify it. At first you can't use the name of the thing itself while describing it,but in later rounds things will get tougher.
Then the storyteller asks “Who has the hat?” Most people will say “THE FISH” but the real answer is the first person who speaks. e.g. someone coughs, so they are the person with the hat. This game is more enjoyed when the campers don't know how it works.
One member of the first team has one minute to pull out slips from the hat, describe the people they name, and have the answers guessed correctly by the rest of the team.
They may use as many words as they like to describe each person, but can't say anything that's part of their name.
The man in front knew he was wearing a black hat because he knew the first man did not see two white hats and he knew that the second man did not see one white hat because if he saw a white hat, the second man would have known that his hat was black from hearing the first man's statement.
A player gets a hat-trick when they score three goals in one game, but the use of the term actually didn't start on the football pitch. The phrase came from cricket, and was used when a bowler took three wickets from three consecutive balls. The club would give the bowler a hat to celebrate this achievement.
To top it off, three players — J.T.Miller (Canucks), Joel Eriksson Ek (Wild) and Kirill Kaprizov (Wild) — scored hat tricks in the same game for just the first time since 1992. Kaprizov and Eriksson Ek also had three assists each! It's only the fourth time it's ever been done since the expansion era began (1967).

Give each player 3 small pieces of paper and a pencil, and ask them to secretly write down on each piece the name of a famous person or character (alive or dead, fictional or non-fictional, real or cartoon). Fold each paper in half and put them into the hat. When all the names are in the hat, give it a good mix.
Celebrity (also known as Celebrities, The Hat Game, Lunchbox, Fish Bowl, Salad Bowl, or The Name Game) is a party game similar to Charades, where teams play against each other to guess as many celebrity names as possible before time runs out.
The jailer is going to ask each prisoner in turn the color of their hat, starting with the tallest and working the way down to the shortest. Each prisoner will be stating either “black” or “white” when they guess the color of their hat. If the group can get nine correct guesses, the jailer will let them all go.
Since A, B, and D are silent, that leaves C.C knows he is wearing a black hat because if D saw that both B and C were wearing white hats, then he would have answered. But since D is silent, C knows that he must be wearing a black hat as he can see that B is wearing a white hat.
