The power and the blessings of your tithe seed (2024)

Malachi 3: 10-12 “Bring ye ALL THE TITHES into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house and PROVE ME NOW herewith saith the LORD of Hosts, IF I WILL NOT OPEN you the windows of heaven and POUR YOU OUT A BLESSING that there shall not be ROOM ENOUGH TO RECEIVE it. And I WILL REBUKE THE DEVOURER for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of Hosts. And all nations shall CALL YOU BLESSED for ye shall be a DELIGHTSOME LAND, saith the LORD of Hosts.”

One of the irreversible laws of receiving tangible blessings from the LORD is the LAW OF TITHING. God in His generosity asks us to SOW our TITHE (the one tenth of our earnings) AS A SEED for TORRENTIAL OPEN HEAVENS BLESSINGS. God has created so many avenues and streams to get us blessed. There is something so supernatural about tithing; that everyone in the Old and contemporary history who operated the principles of tithing were always serially blessed. No matter the argument against Tithing, Tithing is part of our Spiritual Worship and Biblical obligation and Stewardship. God is not greedy. The sharing formula for most business transactions are always 50/50. But God in His magnanimous disposition and covenant partnership to blessing us, asked us to give one tenth of our income as a PROOF OF OUR FAITH, THANKSGIVING, WORSHIP AND STEWARDSHIP.

Through ONE ACT OF OBEDIENCE of tithing, God promises TEN BLESSINGS. (1) It enables you prove your faith in God as your SOURCE. (2) It enables you prove God in your finances. (3) God promises to open the windows of heaven upon you. (4) God will pour out blessings upon you. (5) There shall not be ROOM ENOUGH to receive the overflowing blessings. (6) God will REBUKE DEVOURERS for your sakes. (7) Devourers and parasites will not destroy your harvests. (8) There shall be NO MISCARRIAGE or losses, neither shall your vines cast their fruits before the time. (9) All Nations shall CALL YOU BLESSED. (10) You shall be a DELIGHTSOME LAND.

If you want God to be involved in your finances, you must honour God with your tithe. God says He is aware that 10/10 cannot sustain you but when you give 1/10, you create the platform and space for more blessings to flood your life. The human life operates on giving and receiving; demand and supply, sowing and reaping, planting and harvesting, etc. You can never be neutral about these laws. You have to give out carbon dioxide to take in oxygen. If you do not give out carbon dioxide, you cannot take in oxygen. Failure to give out carbon dioxide will lead to death.

It is time for you to PROVE GOD and consistently give your tithe and see what God will do in your finances. Do not forget there are TEN BLESSINGS that will accrue to you when you give your Tithe scripturally with positive expectation for God’s provision. The Holy God will keep the Covenant Words in your life as you prove and trust Him. Do not let the devil talk you out of giving your TITHE SEED TO GOD. Your tithe SEED insulates you from devourers. Sow YOUR TITHE SEED AS A COVENANT SEED OF ABRAHAM AND YOU WILL ENJOY GOD’S COVENANT BLESSINGS.

PRAYER: Father, I take You by Your Word. I honour You with my Tithe for You are the TOTAL SOURCE of My Supply. You are the only One big enough to meet all my needs. I give You my Tithe with great appreciation and expectations for all the TEN BLESSINGS You promised on Tithing. Father, rebuke devourers on my behalf. I plead the Blood of JESUS over my possessions. I will always give my Tithe with positive expectation.
