I have been a Wayfair customer for quite some time, and I absolutely adore the quality of their merchandise. In October, I made the decision to purchase some new quilts for my mother. The assortment of colors, quality, and incredible discounts made it a breeze to select the items, and I snatched them up at the ideal moment. After approximately one week, I received an email with delivery instructions stating that it would be delivered today. Despite diligently monitoring the area where I was expecting it, nothing materialized.

After another week passed, I made contact with Christina, a representative from Texas, who I found to be an exceptional person. Her pleasant demeanor and sincere apologies for the misunderstanding, which was not her fault. She then requested that I check my porch's surveillance cameras and discovered that the item had been stolen. I anticipated that it would be my responsibility that I would not receive my items back. However, Christina performed her magic and obtained another set for me without charging me a dime. While reassuring her client, she was courteous, thoughtful, and thoughtful once more. She informed me that it was her third day on the job. If the Wayfair supervisor is reading this, she deserves a promotion for her outstanding performance and outstanding customer service. I haven't had the pleasure of conversing with someone more pleasant in quite some time. Christina from Texas, many thanks for continuing to do what you enjoy.

I have been shopping at Wayfair for a couple of years now, and have ordered many things during that period. I have only had positive experiences with Wayfair. The customer service has been excellent. They are prompt to reply, and when a very large mirror I recently ordered arrived with a slightly bent frame, they immediately issued me a 15% refund as I did not want to have a replacement sent and was fine keeping the slightly bent item. I received multiple messages apologizing and promptly addressing the issue. Another time, one of the legs on a loveseat I ordered was damaged, and they sent an entire new couch and just let me keep the damaged one (which was still usable). I gave it to a friend. I will continue to order from Wayfair.

Wayfair is a fantastic place to buy anything due to their superior customer service and free returns of anything. I'm distressed to find that such a high quality company, in that regard, is now selling Valyou Furniture which is poor quality and has terrible customer service with a short, unreasonable return policy. My Feather sofa has flat cushions after just one week and it so comically short that it's hard to get out of so you'll want to avoid buying from them on any website. They will not take it back even if you offer to pay to return it. They offered me an absurd $50 credit on more furniture to "compensate" me. Like I'd buy again from them?

I have placed a few orders from Wayfair over the years, and very rarely do I come across any problems with the product and/or shipping & delivery. However, we’ve recently had two incidents where 1 item arrived that didn’t match the description, 1 item came with missing parts and another item arrived in the wrong color. For all incidents, customer service arranged for us to receive replacements or replacement parts and they were delivered within 3 days! They also accepted the return of the item received in the wrong color and even refunded us the original shipping cost. I would recommend Wayfair to anyone who is looking for an stress-free online shopping experience.

I have always received solid customer service from Wayfair, however my recent interaction exceeded all previous service. Our home was hit by Hurricane Ian and as a result we were repairing rooms. We ordered a vanity that arrived in early May. Two of two packages were delivered and while we would usually open up the packages to confirm everything was correct, we had so many items waiting to be installed we decided not to open the boxes upon receipt. Our contractor was scheduled for June 1, however, like everyone in SWFL he was backed up and rescheduled for mid July. We opened our boxes July 9 and immediately realized we received only one sink (double basin vanity) and no vanity top. There was also water damage to one corner of the vanity (the cardboard inside showed water stains but not outside).

I called Wayfair and the customer service rep told me she was unable to do anything about the order because it was too far past the delivery date BUT she asked me to hold a minute so she could talk to her supervisor. A few minutes later, the customer service rep returned and told me they would send us a new vanity with both sinks and a vanity top. We appreciate the rep going the extra step (and we will open boxes upon receipt from now on!).

Assembly that I paid for was a no show. When I called they said the appointment had been rescheduled. Nobody texted me or phoned me to advise of that. Customer service put me on hold to speak to a supervisor then the phone went dead and nobody called me back. I came home early today from work specifically to be here for the assembly. Very poor customer service. They had my phone number and should have called me. My appt was for today at 4:30 with Carolos and now it says tomorrow at 9 am with Matt. Very disappointed whoever changed the appointment with no notice.

Don’t ever ever buy from Wayfair. We bought a couch for them, less than two years later it was broken. We bought two armchairs from them, less than a year later they broke. We bought a dining room table recently, and that will be our last purchase. Less than 12 hours after we purchased our table, we noticed that they had dropped the price significantly. They would not honor the price, They would not cancel my item and let me re-order, and the customer sales representative wouldn’t even tell me her name. Don’t ever ever buy from Wayfair. Their sister companies include Joss and Main and Birch Lane. Save yourself the headache.

Be wary of Wayfair sales. Wayfair posted a shed with windows on sale. I ordered on and paid for it. They canceled my order with no explanation. I called them and they said that they oversold the item and it was on backorder indefinitely. I then spoke to their sales staff who told me that they had 70 of them in stock. They then passed me around to several managers who all claimed to be a top supervisor, each of them with a different story and all were full of lies. I looked up the senior people on their website and I asked to speak to each one of them. The Manager said that she did not have any of their numbers. They refused to honour the price and they finally hung up the phone. Beware of these people. Check their reviews. I can provide names if anyone is interested.

I am a new customer and have ordered 4 things in the past 2 weeks. I have received 2 of the 4 with 1 of them not shipped and 1 not even processed yet. Wayfair is advertising delivery dates that apparently they have no way of honoring. If you are ordering something that you will be needing in a timely manner, I wouldn't buy it here and expect it to be delivered by dates they have listed.

I bought this recliner, from beginning I has been trying to return because you can not do the 3 position. The first time they returned 50 dollars and second time I opened a claim. The solution is replacement or return only 20 % all money. The same thing for all. I don’t recommend this app.
