ULTA Gift Cards and eGift Cards are issued by Ulta Beauty Cosmetics, LLC.Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Gift Card Purchase
You can purchase an ULTA Gift Card at any ULTA store, within the Ulta iPhone & Android mobile applications, online at ulta.com and ulta.cashstar.com, or from authorized retailers. ULTA eGift Cards are only sold within the Ulta iPhone & Android mobile applications, online at ulta.com and ulta.cashstar.com. ULTA Gift Cards and eGift Cards are available in any denomination, up to $500, and, with the exception of promotional Gift Cards or promotional eGift Cards, have no expiration date. No service or use fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Gift Cards or eGift Cards, with the exception of expedited shipping fees for plastic gift cards purchased online.
You cannot use an ULTA Gift Card or eGift Card to purchase other Gift Cards or eGift Cards, and Ultamate Rewards points cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Cards or eGift Cards.Purchasers of ULTA eGift Cards are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address for the recipient during the purchase and checkout process on ulta.cashstar.com. Refunds will not be made for eGift Card purchases sent to an incorrect, invalid or undeliverable email address provided by the purchaser. ULTA is not responsible if the eGift card is lost or redeemed by an incorrect recipient.
2. Gift Card Redemption
ULTA Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services in all ULTA locations in the United States, within the Ulta iPhone & Android mobile applications, and atwww.ulta.com. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.To redeem an ULTA Gift Card in-store, simply present your Gift Card at time of purchase. To redeem an ULTA Gift Card on ULTA.com or within the Ulta iPhone & Android mobile applications, enter your Gift Card number and PIN number at the Payment step during the Checkout process. The PIN number can be found on the back of the Gift Card under the black and silver scratch-off coating at the bottom.
To redeem an ULTA eGift Card in-store, you must present the original eGift Card email printed with the eGift Card number and PIN number and present it at time of purchase. To redeem an ULTA eGift Card on ULTA.com or within the Ulta iPhone & Android mobile applications, enter the eGift Card number and PIN number at the Payment step during the Checkout process. Only one eGift Card can be redeemed per online or mobile application order.
The value of your order amount plus any sales tax, shipping & handling fees, and any other charges will be automatically deducted from the available balance on the ULTA Gift Card or eGift Card. If the amount of the order exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card or eGift Card, the recipient will need to pay for the balance of the order via other acceptable means of tender.
3. Gift Card Balance
To check your gift card balance within the Ulta iPhone & Android mobile applications, visit the Gift Card link on the app home page and tap the option for "Check Balance & Add Card". Gift Card balances can also be checked by calling 1-888-566-2736, visiting us online at ulta.com/giftcards or asking an Associate at any Ulta Beauty store.
4. Combining/Merging Gift Cards
Guests can merge multiple Ulta Beauty Gift Cards together through our chat feature in order to use multiple gift cards for their ulta.com or app purchase.
This function can merge up to two gifts cards at a time that were purchased at an Ulta Beauty location and can be found here: ulta.com/guestservices. Choose the chat feature, then Gift Card Merge. Guest Service Specialists can also assist with merges.
NOTE: The self-service function cannot merge gift cards purchased outside of Ulta Beauty. Please contact Guest Services for assistance.
5. Returns
You may not return or cancel your ULTA Gift Card or eGift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel an eGift Card purchase prior to its delivery to a recipient should contactCustomer Supportprior to the delivery date selected during the purchase process.
6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
ULTA Gift Cards and eGift Cards should be treated like cash and safeguarded accordingly. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
