The Ulta Credit Card does a hard pull on your credit when you apply for it.
You will need at least a good credit score to get it, which is more than most store cards require, but you will be able to use it anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

Terrible customer service. Website to pay bill is horrible to access and rarely works correctly. Comenity Bank needs to rethink thier whole customer service process particularly the reliability of their credit card websites.

The worst credit card I ever had, took 6 months to resolve a dispute. The kept closing my dispute with no notification. Finally get the dispute resolved and they are still trying to charge me for interest and late fees.

There is no app and the site fails every month. Payment is ridiculous and they try to charge you when you pay by phone. Cancelling.

Comenity Ulta doesn't have app, website is very basic, and their internal systems lag behind most other lending institutions. Slow to send updates to credit bureaus, even slower in responding to disputes. Customer service is sad, but given proper systems there's not much agents can/will do.

I paid this account off a few months ago and it showing the same balance as if it's not getting paid. This can't look good to creditors. A few other places are just as bad.
