1. Can I bring my furs into your location?
No, we don’t have a retail location.
2. How do I take a picture?
Have someone wearing your fur(s) and take one picture of the entire front. Send only one picture per fur.
3. Do you buy monogrammed or personalized items?
Yes, we do.
4. Where can I get a box?
Use any secure box, If you need to buy one you can go to any Staples, Office Depot or FedEx Store.
5. What do I do with the FedEx label?
Include your name, address, phone number and email on a piece of paper inside the box with your fur(s). Remove any previous shipping labels prior to attaching the FedEx label.
6. How can I track my shipment?
Record your tracking number. Go to www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack and enter the tracking number.
7. Where can I drop off my boxed fur coat?
Any FedEx location or any Walgreens Pharmacy.
8. How can I insure my shipment?
List your fur(s) on your homeowner’s policy or purchase a new shipping label at the FedEx store that includes insurance. You will have to pay for both shipping and insurance, our label is shipping only.
9. I live outside of the USA, can I still send you a fur to purchase?
No, we can only purchase within the Continental US.
10. Do I send my hanger and bag?
No. Please send furs only and remember to empty your pockets. Any other items will not be returned to you.
11. What if I can’t print the label?
Take the QR code that you receive and bring it to FedEx with your box.
Why We Don’t Do Consignment, The Real Story
We don’t do consignment because I often see companies offering it so they can get furs without committing to buy them. They have no cash outlay or risk.
That is ok but then the items are listed for too high of a price based on the resale market and demand.
Then the chances of an actual sale are very low.
