The dress code at Aeropostale is casual for retail employees and business-casual for management and corporate positions.

Retail employees, such as sales or flow merchandise associates, have the flexibility to wear what is comfortable for themselves, but each store manager is different, so partner with them to learn what the expectations are. In general, they like to follow top, bottom, layer, and accessory.

They prefer employees to wear Aeropostale clothing and logos or plain with no logo. You can even wear an Aero graphic tee (you can only wear graphic tees from the store). No Timberlands or high-top sneakers. No clothes that show the brand of another company.

Visible tattoos, facial piercings, and unnatural hair are allowed. However, some stores may have their individual roles regarding that.
