When Oliver asked her to marry him in the first part of the earth x crossover during the west Allen wedding, why’d she say no?
Because of all they were up against and the pressure of asking her in the middle of someone else's wedding.
There’s also the fact that the last time they were engaged Felicity got sprayed with bullets immediately afterwards and then there’s the Cupid thing. Felicity didn’t want to relive those painful moments and she also felt like they didn’t need rings and a marriage certificate to know how much they loved each other.
