Is Rick Prime the main villain?
Rick Sanchez of the Prime Universe/Cronenberged Dimension, also known as Rick Prime, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Evil Morty) of the adult-animated science-fiction series Rick and Morty. He is the Rick who is presumably responsible for the deaths of Diane and Beth Sanchez in Dimension C-137.

He is the alternate version and archenemy of Rick C-137 who killed his wife and daughter, driving him to invent the portal gun and go on a futile mission of revenge for decades, ultimately causing him to become the broken, depressed and destructive man he is today.
Rick Prime adopted his infamous name this season and has been referred to by Rick C-137 multiple times as the "real deal." Rick Prime is the main antagonist who is responsible for the adventures of Rick and Morty and is the key to understanding C-137.
Rick Prime, on the other hand, is genuinely nihilistic, making him the real Rickest Rick. He's the root of it all for Rick C-137. His wanton murder of Diane and Beth Sanchez led to Rick chasing and killing other versions of himself in an attempt to exact revenge.
When Evil Morty was first seen, little was shown about him, but he stated that it is impossible for a Morty to defeat a Rick. In the episode, it was revealed that he was controlling his Rick and it was possibly his idea to capture Mortys in order to hide from the Citadel of Ricks.
Don't be fooled by the Morty facade, Evil Morty is by far Rick's most concrete enemy in the show. The showrunners do seem to be taking their time with how his story will unfold but Evil Morty is very much capable of defeating Rick on his own.
In "Rickternal Friendshine of the Spotless Mort", it was revealed that Rick came from a dimension where Beth died, meaning the Cronenberged dimension and Dimension C-137 are not the same.

It's long been assumed that our Morty is also from C-137, the dimension that Rick and Morty accidentally Cronenberged in “Rick Potion #9.” That was never the case. Our Rick is from C-137, which saw Beth die as a child. Morty is from the unknown Cronenberg dimension.
Is Rick basically a God?
Rick and Morty fans are well aware that Rick is essentially a god. Not only is he referred to as a god on numerous occasions, but he also has the ability to kill them, seemingly without too much trouble.
She was murdered by another Rick via an explosion from a futuristic bomb. The trauma from her murder caused Rick to spiral into a vengeful rampage, sending him on a journey to avenge his dead wife by finding the Rick that killed her.

Season 6, Episode 1, "Solaricks" reveals that Rick Prime is a variant of Rick from the Cronenberg Dimension, the original dimension audiences were introduced to at the start of the series. That means that Rick Prime is the biological grandfather of Morty.
This episode introduces Evil Morty, Doofus Rick, and many other Ricks and Mortys, but it also reveals who is the Mortiest Morty. At the end of the episode, Rick proclaims that C-137 Morty is the Mortiest Morty.
He is also really good at fighting, beating Rick and Morty with ease, and even taking down a hired thug in a backalley.
Rick Sanchez is not only the most intelligent character in Rick And Morty, but he may even be the most intelligent character ever created.
Morty isn't known for his scientific genius, he doesn't exhibit a fraction of Rick's IQ, but there are moments in which the grandson proves to be smarter, or at least less inane, than his grandpa.
Although Rick is a genius and can build anything to get himself out of trouble, he wouldn't be able to stand his ground against Goku.

Does Evil Morty hate Rick?

While C-137 Rick is still nowhere near as evil as Rick Prime, his chances against Rick Prime are made worse every time he alienates his family members.
The Portal Gun is a gadget that allows the user(s) to travel between different universes/dimensions/realities. The device was likely created by a Rick, although it is unknown which one. Rickmurai Jack confirms that Rick C-137 was not the original inventor of the portal gun in the Multiverse.
Is Rick Sanchez a villain?
According to alternate versions from other dimensions, Rick sits roughly in the middle of his counterparts in terms of good and evil and is possibly one of the only surviving Ricks to actually care about his loved ones as people and not just tools.
Jesus Christ has a cameo appearance in Rick and Morty as a caricature of Himself on a story-train constructed entirely of a literal story device.
But by the final moments of the episode, it is revealed (solely to the audience) that the evil Rick was actually a robot cybernetically controlled by his version of Morty.
Beth Sanchez was the original daughter of Rick Sanchez from Dimension C-137. She lived a childhood similar to other versions of Beth, where she had Rick make inventions for her such as Froopyland.
In "Rickternal Friendshine of the Spotless Mort", Birdperson's memory of Rick states that his original Beth is dead. which is confirmed in "Rickmurai Jack", with the portion of Rick's origin story presented in "The Rickshank Rickdemption" (depicting her and Diane's deaths) having been true.
