Preheat garment in heat press or at 305° F for 2-3 seconds. Position EasyWeed application on garment and heat apply 305° F for 10-15 seconds on medium pressure. A teflon sheet should always be placed between the heat platen and the plastic carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design.

Using to much time or not enough time can cause the HTV to not adhere to the shirt. Temperature-Again, you have to look at what the manufacturer recommends for the specific HTV vinyl. Siser Easyweed HTV is 305°F. Using to high of a temperature or to low of a temperature can cause the HTV to not adhere.
You don't want to risk peeling off the heat transfer vinyl while it's still hot. Give the adhesive time to cool off and bond with the fabric. That's it!
Use Heat To Help Dry Adhesive
If your vinyl isn't sticking, you can use heat to affix it better. Use a hairdryer or heat gun on the surface of the self-adhesive vinyl while applying it to your desired surface. Using heat will help it conform to any uneven surfaces a little quicker.
