In premiere Yes, Then Zero, it is revealed that after returning to Miami, Ivy moved to Los Angeles with her boyfriend, Max, in order to become an actress. She later runs into Serena at the restaurant she and Max both work at, with Serena still believing her to be Charlie.
In season six, Rufus gets into a relationship with Ivy, but breaks up with her after she catches him cheating with William.
