Any recommendation for a Rolex Authorized Dealer in Paris?

I am off to Paris in January and with the weak euro I have found out it will be cheaper to buy a Rolex in France than in the States right now. Can any one recommend a good authorized dealer? I know Pritemps, Galeries Lafayette, and Le Bon Marche all have Rolex but I have a feeling they cater more to the tourist crowd and are not willing to negotiate a small discount? Thanks everyone

There is a Rolex store in Place Vendome. Generally speaking, authorized Rolex dealers do not negotiate the prices.

Thanks I ask about discounts because my local AD just offered me 15% off the watch i want since it's over $12000 so I figured if I can get it in PARIS with a discount if would be a great deal.

From what I know, French stores are not big on giving discounts, especially on high-end items.

If you're in Paris after the 6th of January, you may get lucky in Les Soldes, but I wouldn't count on it, haggling is not the done thing.

Royal Quartz is very good, with a large selection of Rolex watches as well as others. The one I take my watch to for servicing is at 10 rue Royale. They have other shops too. Very helpful folks, though I doubt they will bargain the prices.

French ADs, as mentioned above, will not give you a discount. You should shop around in US for a better % off (unless it's a hard to get model, but even then, some states do better than others).

They may negotiate this year. Since the terrorist attacks the licals have lost their taste for shopping and stores are offering unprecedented discounts.
If not, at the Bon Marché they have a loyalty card. If you spend a certain amount, you can have a Journée Priviledge. On your JP they add up your purchases, then give you 10% of that back in the form of gift certificates. You could try to negotiate around that. And you get the VAT back.

We were in Paris a few days after the attacks. Hubby owns a Rolex so he was posing for a pic under the sign at the Place Vendomme store when an associate saw us and came outside to talk. She told us that business was down because so many tourists had cancelled their trips and then invited us inside to drink champagne while we looked!
Paris appears to be a buyer's market so you can see what a US dealer will offer and then find out if the dealer in Paris will undercut it.
