If you find “Auto-delete (On),” Google automatically deletes your Web & App Activity, which includes your Search history, after a specific time period.

Clear your activity history

If you have multiple accounts, and your work or school account is the primary account on the device, then clearing your activity history will delete any of your work and/or school activity history that is synced to the cloud.

Even though the folder is gone from the direct view of unwanted people, but the documents still exist and can easily be found with a bit of extra effort. In technical terms, your deleted browsing history can be recovered by unauthorized parties, even after you cleared them.

Browsing history: Clearing your browsing history deletes the following: Web addresses you've visited are removed from the History page. Shortcuts to those pages are removed from the New Tab page. Address bar predictions for those websites are no longer shown.

Information retained until your Google Account is deleted

For example, after you delete a specific Google search from My Activity, we might keep information about how often you search for things, but not what you searched for.

Turn off location settings

Turning off the location-based features of your phone can prevent GPS tracking. Switching to airplane mode will do this for you, but you can also turn off GPS tracking as an isolated feature on many devices, allowing you to still use your phone to make calls and access the internet.

Your Facebook Activity Log is a record of all of your activity on the platform, from Likes to comments to to new friend connections.

Scroll down to Logged Actions and Other Activity, then tap View Logged Actions. Tap Filters at the top, then tap Categories. Tap Search History. Tap next to the search you want to delete, then tap Delete.
