As we are an authorised retailer, all of our products are 100% genuine and purchased directly from the brand manufacturers. This allows us to offer you the latest eyewear trends at extremely competitive prices.

Priding ourselves on excellent service, we ensure every order is checked and all of the eyewear is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and securely packaged before it is dispatched to you.

We always include all the materials provided for your eyewear from the brand. All of the eyewear comes with a protective storage item and cleaning cloth. Some products may have more accessories included.

We also offer a range of additional eyewear Accessories.

Some eyewear is supplied with a hard case and some with a soft case or pouch. We can't control the accessories the brand supplies us with; however, we can promise you that your eyewear will come with its original packaging, inclusive of all accessories, as provided by the brand.

Pupillary distance is the distance between the pupils in millimetres. This determines where your prescription is centred in your lenses in optical frames. Most adult PD's are between 60-65mm. You can use our PDMaster tool to measure yours.

Yes, we do. If you require details or advice on a specific pair of glasses, please contact our Customer Service Team.

We do sell children’s non-prescription glasses and sunglasses.

No. If you wish to place an order for prescription sunglasses, you will need to pay for your lenses. We fit our quality optical branded lenses into all of our eyewear so you won't receive your prescription sunglasses with the brand's lenses e.g. Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses with Ray-Ban prescription lenses.

Accounts are optional and you can check out as a guest without having to create one. You can always create an account at a later date to see existing and past order(s) as long as you create this account using the same email address you used to place your existing and past order(s).

At Fashion Eyewear we take all possible steps to ensure that your personal information is 100% confidential at all times. All online transactions carried out are through our Shopify Payment gateway. Fashion Eyewear does not accept or retain any customer payment information.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. PayPal is also accepted as a payment method.

We accept Edenred eyecare vouchers for prescription eyewear. When placing an order online the full cost is debited and the value of the voucher refunded once it has been physically received by our accounts department.

We advise that you keep a copy, like a scan or photo of the voucher, before sending it to us and use a tracked service requiring a signature. The voucher must be received before the expiry date printed on it and if there is a named person this must match with the name on the order.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses worldwide and are happy to ship to residential and work addresses. You will find the countries we ship to on our Shipping Policy.

Please Note: Once an order is placed, you cannot change your delivery address due to our strict fraudulent policies.

All orders can be tracked through your online account; simply log in to view. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment. For our UK customers, our delivery company will send you a text message update of when your parcel is dispatched, delivered, or ready for rescheduled delivery if you were out.

Please Note: Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed to protect all of our customers from fraudulent activity. If you have entered your address incorrectly whilst placing an order online, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.

We use trusted delivery companies who have a reputation for providing innovative, high-quality time-sensitive solutions. Our companies send personalised text messages or emails directly to you advising of the time and date of your delivery to ensure that your parcel is delivered safe and sound in the shortest time possible.

For non-prescription glasses and sunglasses we aim to dispatch no later than the next working day.

For prescription orders and if you are buying lenses, please allow for up to 10 working days forfittingbefore the dispatch of your order.Our standard lenses can be fitted and dispatched very quickly but more specialised lenses are bespoke items and may take longer to arrive from the lens manufacturer. Please Note: On rare occasions, it may be found that an item advertised on our site has been discontinued. Whilst we apologise for this, we cannot be held accountable. You will be notified if your product is no longer available; we will offer to find you alternative models or you can request a full refund.

We strive to do our best in meeting all requested delivery times but as we are depending on our various suppliers and delivery partners, our delivery times are only estimations and not guaranteed. If you need your order to be delivered before a specific date, please contact our Customer Service Team before placing an order.

If you know you won't be home when your item arrives, you can send a text message to the delivery company to reschedule a more convenient time for you. Sometimes, your order may be left with your neighbour; if this happens you will be notified via text message. If you don't want your delivery to be left with your neighbours, please contact the Customer Service Team who will then offer you an alternative solution.

Yes you can. Just contact our Customer Service Team and they will arrange for your order to be held at our London office until you are able to receive the delivery.

Warranty

All designer glasses and sunglasses frames come with a warranty. For most brands, this warranty policy is for 1 year but you can find exactly how long the warranty is for each frame on its individual product page.

This covers any defect caused by faulty materials or by poor manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If you accidentally damage your eyewear, let us know as we may be able to help with a repair.

Proof of purchase is required for any faults to be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty. We may ask that you provide photographs showing the suspected fault before requesting the return of the item.
