Can you craft tier sets in Dragonflight? ›

Tier slots cannot be made from crafted gear. The Catalyst requires Renascent Awakening charges to use. Renascent Awakening charges are gained passively every week, account-wide, up to a maximum of 9.

The applicable slots are Helms, Shoulders, Cloaks, Chests, Bracers, Gloves, Belts, Legs, and Boots, but only items that occupy Tier Set slots will be converted into set pieces. The remaining slots are converted just for transmog.

Using the Revival Catalyst is straightforward. Simply place an eligible item into the catalyst's user interface and use it to transform it into a tier piece of the same item level. Keep in mind that this will consume both the item and one Catalyst charge.

One important note of these Embellishments is that you can only have two equipped at once. Applying an embellishment to a piece of gear will give it the effect: "Unique-Equipped: Embellished (2)." This means you must choose wisely between the different bonuses.

Limit 6 charges per character.

The Catalyst allows you to convert this season and past seasons items into corresponding tier sets. While most gear from PvP, Mythic+ dungeons, raids, and the Great Vault can be converted, some items may not be eligible. This includes, but is not limited to, crafted gear, faction reputation items, and quest rewards.
