You have 15 days to pick up the order at the store. You only need to present your ZARA QR or the QR code from the electronic receipt.If someone else comes in your place, they must also show their identification card.

HOME DELIVERY

  • Next day delivery - 9.95 USD or 19.95 USD (depending on delivery address). 25.00 USD only for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Delivery in 2-4 working days - 5.95 USD
    Shipping will be free if your order includes non-discounted items for an amount above 70USD.

Please keep in mind if your order includes a large item from HOME, corresponding shipping costs will be charged.

If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can change the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; should it still be possible per the status of your order.
