- Groove Flared Pant. One of the biggest trends of the year. Super comfortable and elongating.
- Hotty Hot High Rise Skirt. Perfect for dressing up or down (and built in shorts make them even more practical)
- strongfeel Training Shoes. Our favorite shoe for training. These provide a stable base for moving in all planes of motion.

The Align pant is THE iconic lululemon legging and a closet staple for any woman. The buttery soft Nulu fabric makes these perfect for lounging, low impact workouts, or taking a yoga class.
While most lululemon items run true to size, this is one piece we recommend sizing down in. Lindsey typically wears a size 6 in lululemon leggings, but wears a size 4 in the Aligns.
Best For: a trendy new item to add to your work from home wardrobe.
Thanks to the resurgence of 2000s-inspired fashion, flared leggings are officially BACK and one of the top trends of the year.
The Groove Pants are super soft, and the most flattering flares we’ve tried on. The super high rise fit hits just above the belly button.
These pants run true to size. Rachel is 5’8″ and find these pants sit just off the ground. If you are more petite, we recommend taking advantage of lululemon’s free hemming service.
Best For: tennis, pickle-ball, golf or an easy way to dress up athleisure.
The best tennis skirt that can be dressed up or down. The Hotty Hot High Rise Skirt was a surprise favorite of ours: becoming a go-to to throw on for running errands or meeting friends.
This skirt is surprisingly practical – featuring built-in shorts and options for a long length for more coverage. I have the long version for extra coverage, but it comes in a standard length as well!
Best For: cross-training and strength workouts.
Our team’s favorite training shoes for everything from heavy strength training to HIIT workouts. We love the base of these shoes: it provides a solid foundation for lifting while also providing good support for moving in different planes of motion.
We find these shoes run true to size. However, if you have wide feet, lululemon recommends ordering up a half size.
Best For: keeping your hands free.
