Terrific for 6 & 8 year olds

My kids are getting very picky with the movies they will watch (much preferring the latest kids Youtube stars). However, they both enjoyed this one. So did mom and dad (as Big Bang fans). It was nothing particularly special, but funny enough - especially the dance scenes. We all enjoyed it. The rare movie that kept the attention of all four of us. Sutiable for any age in our opinion.

I loved it, very family friendly.

I’m not trying to single out anyone’s opinion, personally, I think you should watch it before you judge. It does get a bit action packed in some moments, but is overall very mild. I personally really liked it. It has a lot of positive messages, and Jim Parsons never fails when it comes to comedy. Quite funny. The jokes certainly add to the fun of kids and adults. It is very family friendly, I really do recommend it :).

The smashing hit comedy from DreamWorks Animation is an adventure the whole family will love.

Families everywhere have suggested DreamWorks Home, the hit comedy of 2015! An adventure that shows everyone the true meaning of HOME. My Rating: PG for thematic elements, mild action, and some rude humor.

Super sweet movie for kids age 7 & 9

Our family loved this movie! Our kids are 7 and 9. The soundtrack is so good, the animation is beautiful and the characters are very lovable. Our kids can be sensitive to sad scenes and there are a few, but everything is resolved and is appropriate for children. I also appreciate when "bad guys" aren't rude or scary and this is the case with Home. Some bathroom talk but it's actually pretty funny. Also the word "idiot" is used.

Better than most kids movies

Great to hear The Big Bang Theory’s Jim Parsons as the perfect voice for the main character. Kids 12 and under love this movie.

Cute

A cute movie. May frighten some children with the fact of the mother missing. The humor and love in it kept my daughter and I entertained.
