You can do that through manage world. Click on the household and choose to manage it then split them up and you should be able to either move the split Sims into another household (which you can play if you choose too but don't have too) or just delete them.

Look through all the sims in both My Households, and Other Households, to see if they are still in the game. If they are you can load that household and save them to the library. This will work in all saves you have made, as well as if you have any old The Sims 4 folders with saves, saved somewhere.

Enter moveObjects on in the cheat console. Enter Buy Mode and pick up your Sim to delete it.

Hover the cursor over the Sim's image players want to get rid of. Hold still for a few seconds till an X button pops up. Click on the X button, and when prompted, confirm the choice to delete the Sim permanently. And, that's it!

If you do evict the family, they will be moved to "Other Households" and labeled "Not in World".

In The Sims 3 and in The Sims 4, it is not possible for a pregnant Sim to lose the baby, without any cheats. In both games, if a Sim is impregnated or turns pregnant before becoming an elder, the process of aging is simply suspended until after the baby is born.

This will evict the current residents of that house. It won't delete them from your game, it will just make them "homeless", i.e. they will not be living in any of the residential lots in your worlds.

Use Manage Households to Move a Sim Out

Have a Sim move in (one who has no memory of a child being taken away) and they should be able to adopt that Sim back. The adoption service is found on the phone under Services. To get a Sim to move in, you have to be good friends with them and use Propose -> Move In.

Just contact your provider, they can send you a replacement SIM with the same number, providing you did not cancel your subscription. If you actually lost the number because you ended your subscription, forget it, it will be assigned to someone else after a few years.

It is possible to get them back. Press ctrl shift and c and type testingcheatsenabled true. Then type editsim (sims full name) you will be taken to create a sim. Turn the sim into a child.
