You can have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your pickup online at the link below or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877).

UPS will pick up all packages with a single pickup request; you’ll not be charged additional pickup fees per package.

UPS On Call Pickup is best for customers who need a one-time pickup.

  • Available for most addresses in the U.S.
  • Schedule a pickup for the same day or a future date.
  • If you’re traveling, you can request a pickup at an alternate location.
  • If the pickup occurs at a residential location, a Residential Surcharge will be added.
  • An Area Surcharge will apply for residential pickups designated by UPS as rural, extended, remote Alaska or remote Hawaii. These fees do not apply to commercial locations.
